Beyond holiday information, reports can be created for all the information in the system. These can be filtered by a complete determining factors, such as department, location, employee, and so on.

These start with job offer letters and include: Promotions, resignations, salary changes, training, sick leave, skills assessments, etc. HRM has built-in Microsoft Word® Templates to cover all these. Just pick the employee(s) you want to send a letter to, the template you need, and send it to the printer, or edit in Word. Easy.
